Glenn - thanks for a very nice and thougtful article. One factor I didn't see but I think somehow could be incorporated into this framework are rubrics. I think I'd perhaps add in an "R" at the end to say something like -- Review the penultimate version using the rubrics provided by your instructor using the AI tool to finalize the document.
-- For example, when I teach policy analysis, I teach students to include the 4Es (effectiveness, efficiency, equity, ease of political acceptability). You could perhaps ask Chat GPT to assess whether equity issues were address by providing the penultimate draft. I haven't tried this myself, but will soon.
